About Us

For over thirty years, Aiello Landscape has focused on creating and maintaining beautiful garden surroundings for people’s homes and businesses. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and the highest quality garden experience.

History

Aiello Landscape has deep roots. In 1965, brothers Bobby and Tommy Aiello received lawn mowers for Easter. Their first job was mowing their grandparent’s backyard. Tommy Aiello went on to study horticulture in college and was mentored by legendary Florida landscape professional, Roy Rood. In 1994, Tommy founded Aiello Landscape in Hobe Sound Florida, adding operations in Vero Beach five years later. The company has successfully completed major commercial installations, exclusive golf course renovations, as well as thousands of residential projects. Then in 2008, the company expanded, adding residential gardening, and bringing a new level of service to the field. Today, with partners, Dan Crisafulli and Pete Benedict, locally-owned Aiello Landscape sets the standard for providing the highest levels of service, quality, and professionalism.

Training

Aiello Landscape believes that investing in our people is key to delivering on our mission. To that end, we spend extensive time training. Tommy Aiello developed a 36-module training program that we have used for over thirty years. Through the program, each employee learns skills to earn recognition – apprentice, plantsman, gardener, master plantsman, master gardener, landscape specialist, and crew leader. Recognitions and skill development create employee pride, allow for individual promotion, and, most importantly, ensure the quality of our work. Crew Leaders also complete the University of Florida’s Best Management Practices training program for environmental stewardship in the field of landscaping.
