Enclosed please find our check number 1096 in the amount of $5,444.00 which represents the balance owed for the wonderful landscaping work performed at our home by your outstanding employees.

We won't mention names in detail because we'll probably forget someone, but starting with Dan and Casee, everyone who worked on our project was beyond fantastic.

We don't know you because we never met, but, we feel as we do because your employees are and extension of you. You should be proud! The professionalism, the obvious exemplary training, the attention to detail, the knowledge, the courtesy and the willingness to please the customer is a refreshing oasis in a desert of indifference in our society.

Hopefully you will accept this letter in lieu of the survey which accompanied your invoice. If we did fill it out it would be boring since we would have to mark EXCELLENT for all categories.

We will be contacting you next season to complete the job by sprucing up the front of our house.
