Started in Landscape Industry in 1981 in Pasadena, Maryland, came to Florida in 1984, worked for Rood Landscape, started own business in September, 1994. Past President of Florida Nurseryman, Growers and Landscape Association. Currently Chairman of the Landscape Division, where he has served since his arrival in 1984.

Dan Pedersen
Vice President
Began with Aiello Landscape in 1995 on a part time basis while he developed his own lawn maintenance business. Sold his business, moved away, moved back to Florida. Came back to Aiello Landscape in 1999. Started out as a Foreman, became Project Manager, then Vice-President, became partner in Aiello Landscape of Hobe Sound in 2005.

Started in 1988 when she was 10 months old hand watering annuals at the Gardens Mall. Pulled weeds off and on for a few years. Came on board full time in 2006. Currently studying Horticulture at Indian River State College.
